 SAN FRANCISCO GIANTS

Hey Giants fans!  You don’t have to be a baseball fan to help the band (and your student) with our fundraiser.    This is a great way to generate money for the band and each student who works the game(s) (and any of their family members or friends that they recruit), generates $25/each worker for the student, and is deposited in a band account under their name.  This band account can be used to help pay for any band-related expenses such as marching shoes, tuxedos, concert dresses, or any organized band trip (usually during spring break).  Simply call Jean Hazelwood at 209.667.4182 or email at JHazelwood@csustan.edu or Jeanamarie20@netscape.net to let me know if you are interested in working any of the following game dates not confirmed yet but expected to be).  We will need at least 8 people to work each game.

Some of the duties may include: Inventory all items at beginning of the shift, clean-up and inventory at the end of the shift, man the beer booth (pouring and collecting money), man a wine cart, work food booth, run a cash register at the food booths, etc.  Students (16 and over) can re-stock paper/plastic inventory and refill condiment containers.  Yes, it’s a lot of work but it’s also a lot of fun.  If we can work all 16 games it will go a long way towards earning some much-needed money for our band program.

Thanks in advance for your support and dedication to this great program!
